Rafting Expeditions

  • Duffel Bag / Dry Bag.
  • Booties and Sandals for rafting.
  • Sun Cap.
  • 2 pair’s socks for evenings if there is cold.
  • For entire trip- 2 pairs of trousers, 2 full sleeve T- shirts
  • Full sleeved thick woolen sweater / Fleece jacket
  • Cotton or nylon thermal inners
  • Woolen monkey cap / Balaclava
  • Wind cheater / Wind Breaker
  • Sun glasses [Good quality, 100%-uv-protection lens] With strings.
  • Cold cream / Hand lotion, sun screen lotion
  • Lip Balm
  • Torch with 2 extra sets of cells [No pencil cell torch, Head lamp is best)
  • Light towel [Should be a thin quick-drying towel]
  • Water bottle
  • Adequate underclothing
  • Shorts for Rafting, in most of our multi day rafting trips we provide wet suits and dry tops.
  • Personal toilet kit, toilet paper
  • Personal medicines (with written instructions), assorted antiseptic plaster / blister kit / friction free tapes
  • Plastic bags to contain all the above, plus a few spare ones

Note: Dry Bags: we will give one big dry bag for two people sharing there personal clothings during rafting. Extra bags and cloths will be carried by our back up vehicle.

Mountain Biking

  • Duffel Bag / Kit bag.
  • Small backpack with sturdy straps (to Hydration pack, pack lunch, rainproof and camera etc).
  • Biking shoes/Sports Shoes.
  • Slippers / Sports sandals / Floaters for Camps/Hotel stay.
  • Sun Cap.
  • 2 -4 pairs cotton socks.
  • Fleece jacket
  • T-shirts- 2-4
  • Water proof rain jacket.
  • Sun glasses [Good quality, 100%-uv-protection lens] with strings.
  • Cold cream / Hand lotion, sun screen lotion
  • Lip Balm
  • Head Lamp.
  • Light towel [Should be a thin quick-drying towel]
  • Water bottle/ camel pack.
  • Adequate underclothing
  • Shorts/leggings for Biking (Padded shorts are good for Biking)
  • Personal toilet kit, toilet paper
  • Personal medicines (with written instructions), assorted antiseptic plaster / blister kit / friction free tapes

Trekking

  • Duffel Bag / Kit bag . [Recommended if luggage is to be carried by porters or ponies] OR Minimum 60 - 70 litres of backpack - For backpacking treks
  • Small backpack with sturdy straps.
  • Proper hardy trekking shoes with spare laces – please ensure that they are well broken in before the trek [full ankle would be better)
  • Slippers / Sports sandals / Floaters [For walking around at campsites]
  • Sun Cap.
  • Small towel or scarf to use underneath cap to shield ears
  • A pair of walking sticks [A must have]or you can take from us as well.
  • 4 pairs nylon socks, 2 pairs woolen socks [Two pairs of socks while walking are suggested to avoid blisters]
  • For trek- 3 pairs of trousers, 3 shirts [track suits are great, AVOID jeans or any other tight fitting pants]
  • Full sleeved thick woolen sweater / Fleece jacket
  • Cotton or nylon thermal inners [Essential for the entire trek]
  • Woolen monkey cap / Balaclava
  • Wind Breaker
  • Poncho / Water Proof
  • Woolen hand gloves
  • Sun glasses [Good quality, 100%-uv-protection lens]
  • Cold cream / Hand lotion, sun screen lotion
  • Chapstick or Lip Balm
  • Torch with 2 extra sets of cells [No pencil cell torch, Head lamp is best]
  • Light towel [Should be a thin quick-drying towel]
  • 2 Water bottles (1 liter each) [AVOID simple plastic bottles one hard plastic bottle is recommended for boiled water at higher camps]
  • Adequate underclothing
  • Air pillow
  • Personal toilet kit, toilet paper
  • Personal medicines (with written instructions), assorted antiseptic plaster / blister kit / friction free tapes
  • Plastic bags to contain all the above, plus a few spare ones [Re-sealable Ziplocs are ideal for storage – get lots of them]
  • Water purifying material.
  • Sleeping bag. (Will be given by us)
