During all our organized Trekking and Rafting trips we provide 3-4 season tents which are pitched on twin/triple share basis. We carry Mess tents, toilet tents, kitchen tents and rolling tables with camping stools on a regular basis. Ponies or porters are taken for our camping gears and clients duffle bags depending on the area of operation and you need carry only your day packs with packed lunch, water, camera and wind/water proof jackets. Road travel is done by comfortable jeeps or coach depends on group size and requirements. Accommodation at road heads or during road journeys is provided in clean attached toilet guest houses or hotels.
We also provide sleeping mats, rubber at base and foam on top to make comfortable in glaciers and rugged camping spots. You will need to bring your own sleeping bags, water bottles and personal clothing; however it can be arranged locally on request at extra cost. Water used for drinking is filtered, boiled and treated with iodine to make it extra safe before it is provided to you for consumption through the day. Carrying bottled water is a possibility on short/easy treks however we discourage use of plastic on our trips. A cook accompanies all trips and food is hygienically prepared and wholesome keeping in mind the nature of trip.
Our trips are not left to sub-agents, we love to organize and guide all trips by us. All regular tours (cultural, festival and special interest tours) are arranged with English speaking local guides, though if required we can also arrange excellent escorts, who are well acquainted with Indian Culture, History, tradition, religion etc. to accompany the group throughout their stay in India.
Our standard day on a trip
We follow 6-7-8 rule to wake up, breakfast and walk/Raft. People are given hot water bowl to wash up followed by energetic breakfast. Packed lunch is given for the day.
It’s always greater to start earlier, people can enjoy there walk clicking pictures and listening the music of nature.
After organizing our campsite, our cooks prepare Tea and snacks which always refuel our energy to make a side walk or visiting nearby villages…Or someone can just be relaxing reading books.
Soup is served at mess tent followed by delicious dinner. We call off the day.
